Join us this August for a trio of fuzz from Mehiga, Moonin Down (on tour from Tuscany) and Blue Tree Monitor, Aug 6th 7:30PM!
Mehïga
Mehïga play fuzz rock… from space! Hailing from Birmingham, this trio blends heavy psych rock with melodic grooves, drawing influence from Sabbath, Truckfighters, and QOTSA. Their sound shifts from thunderous riffs to softer, fuzzier moments, as showcased in tracks like “Go Where You Go” and “Don’t Look Down”. The band’s eclectic style and “infectious frenetic energy” have earned them praise as “a fire raging” in the underground scene.

Moonin Down [Tuscany]
A style which doesn’t tolerate classifications, the territory in which it moves is vast and echoes of tribal rhythms and desert wind between the borders of Psych-Rock, Hard Blues and Garage. The result is a non-stereotypical sound that they call PsicHARDelic Rock. “The Third Planet” is the first album via Argonauta Records, which has garnered acclaim and interest. The second project, called “Stigmata,” will combine new songs produced by Alex Maas of Black Angels with Stefano’s painting and Fabio’s graphics and video.
FFO: The Black Angels, David Bowie, The Stooges

Blue Tree Monitor
London based stoner rock. The trio began as a loose jam project ultimately culminating in the self-release of their debut EP, Cryptids, in April 2022.
